Introductory Consultation

You and your Nutrition Coach are a team, and this is your first practice! In this introductory session, you and Gianna will discuss your health, your goals, and your lifestyle in order to best formulate a plan catered to you.

Checkpoint Consultation

Once you have met with Gianna and collaborated on your plan, schedule Checkpoint Consultations to continue working towards your health goals and stay on track!
