Bio
Gianna Franzi is a passionate lifelong learner of everything wellness-related, and she loves sharing her knowledge and excitement with others!
Her approach is simple: holistic interventions catered to each client’s background, goals, needs, and preferences. She learns who each client is and how she can facilitate growth in each person. Everyone is so much more than diet choices, and this is a cornerstone of Gianna’s practice. In Gianna, you will find a coach who knows optimal health can be achieved without drastic measures, without medications, and without giving up the things you love. By taking each individual’s mental, physical, social, and psychological health into account, she guides her clients towards lasting growth. Behavior change is her bread and butter!
In her free time, Gianna loves baking (specifically gluten-free and vegan recipes) and staying active! Her favorite forms of physical activity are Pilates, cycling, dance, and yoga. Based in the Seattle area, she also enjoys hiking and being surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Pacific Northwest.

A Word from Our Founder
Have you ever tried to change your nutrition habits and fallen short of your goal? Maybe you’ve even fallen of the wagon entirely. I have been there, too. PLENTY of times! It’s an experience most of us know all too well.
That’s the reason why I dedicate my practice to behavior change-based approaches. Yes, we will (of course) discuss how to build a beautiful plate of nutritious food for any meal and any preferences. We are a nutrition coaching service, after all! However, this is what makes Novel Nutrition Coaching stand apart: together, we will also unpack your suitcase of outgrown habits and beliefs in order to fill it with new ones that better fit your future adventures.
I have effectively used the techniques we talk about in coaching sessions to lose significant weight (and keep it off), reframe my mindset, and instill healthy habits I once thought just “weren’t for me”.
